URDFのリファクタリング

What does this implement/fix?

URDF（Xacro）ファイルが煩雑になっていたり、各製品でバラつきがあったりするため、リファクタリングを行います。

しません。

How has this been tested?

実機、Gazebo、mock_componentで動作確認しました。

リファクタリング内容は下記以外は rt-net/crane_plus#89 と基本的には同様です。

• effortの制限の値がジョイントによって異なっている箇所があるので定数には置き換えない
• CRANE-X7ではカラーバリエーションがいくつかあるのでマテリアルの定義はそのままにしておく
