Validator and scorer for the first problem, the Mint Problem, in Heuristic Problem solving Fall 2011.
Sample solution output is viewable in sample_data.json.
Solutions must be runnable on the energon server accessible through your CIMS account,
take N as an argument,
run in 2 minutes,
and output a JSON document of the format viewable in sample_data.json to their STDOUT.
