Warning: Error in grid.Call: polygon edge not found

Hi,
I have used yesterday pophelper shiny and it was working.
And today on the same dataset, it says "Warning: Error in grid.Call: polygon edge not found" and cannot plot the barplot.
Could you please help me ?

Hi Amandine, Sorry about the late reply. The error seems to be quite generic. Does it always give the same error? What happens if you use a different dataset? Have you installed this as a package in R? Or are you running through docker? I am just trying to understand under what circumstance you get this error.

Hi Francis Thanks a lot! It seems to be a recurrent error when I try to do a barplot for K>10 using pophelper shiny. When I use the pophelper script it works. I tried, and a colleague of mine as well, and it seems to be a recurrent issue with pophelper shiny. We haven't figured out a solution yet. If you have any tips, please let me know. Interesting! Hmm.. if it's only with K>10, then it's probably something to do with sorting. I will try to see if I can reproduce it. Thanks for reporting this!
