Hi, pophelper is a great package. One thing that would be really useful would be the ability to plot MCMC samples to assess convergence. Some other packages are designed to do this (Starmie, Rrunstruct) but they don't seem to be actively maintained (and thus some functions no longer work). Any thoughts on incorporating functions to check for convergence and plot MCMC samples?

Hi Tommy,
I agree, it would be nice to have them incorporated in here. But I do not much time to work on this anymore. In fact, if I did have time, my top priority would be to bring in CLUMPP/CLUMPAK implementations from Starmie. Well, let's see if time allows.

Hi,
Could you please let me know the basic code to visualize the meanQ files, generated from fastSTRUCTURE. I am totally lost in the tutorial of pophelper. It is very large and complicate.
