I ran
usethis::use_logo("man/figures/hex-medrxivr.png"). This puts the logo in a path that pkgdown will find, so that the logo appears on all pages.I've also changed the logo insertion in the README to prevent the double logo problem detected in ropensci-org/rotemplate#85
