Webservice mock for SMSAPI rest interface.

Based on TUTU (https://github.com/coduo/TuTu)

Installation:

composer install

Usage:

To run it go to base directory and run:

php -S localhost:8000

Tests:

To see if everything works well run ./curl-tests.sh. Those tests also provides usage examples.
