Split "Migration Guide" into multiple pages #368

This splits the "Migration Guide" into two pages: "Upgrade to Robolectric 4.x" and "Upgrade to Robolectric 3.x". It also adds a link to "Automated Migration" in the navigation.

The next step would be to add the migration guides for Robolectric 4.0+.

There are no changes in content in this, only moving content.

Since robolectric#368 was merged, `automated-migration.md` is available in the navigation, under `Resources`.

The `not_in_nav` MkDocs configuration option is no longer needed.
