As suggested in #265 (comment), I'm extracting links from the Markdown content to the bottom of the file to make things easier to read and format.
I've already reformatted each paragraph I modified in this PR. This will help make the final diff of #265 smaller.
This PR focused on the blog posts. I'll send a second one for the other pages.
Note: I've taken the liberty to remove the blog posts authors from the end of the few posts they were explicitly listed, since MkDocs Material displays them automatically on every post.
