In robolectric#289, I've added a column to display the default value of each Robolectric property. However, the default value for `robolectric.offline` is `false`, not `true`: https://github.com/robolectric/robolectric/blob/43fdc567619886f497ddca971bf31814f6d957ec/robolectric/src/main/java/org/robolectric/plugins/LegacyDependencyResolver.java#L74
