This PR updates the [AndroidX Test](https://robolectric.org/androidx_test/) page. The changes are: - Add Java code samples in addition to the existing Kotlin code samples. - Add links to external documentation where possible. - Remove references to `SupportFragmentUtil` and `SupportFragmentController`, since they no longer exist.
