Description
This is a draft / WIP PR to update support of inference for python 3.13
We currently don't support 3.12 or 3.13, which means we require over 1 year old python version. This is causing installation and integration issues for users.
Not sure if anything / what all needs to change, but wan to to get the ball rolling by opening this draft PR to run test battery with python 3.13
