Before help was shown when env variable AMS_OBIS_MAP was set and no parameters was passed with -m option.
Add ability to specify custom port when defining url to MQTT server. I.e. foo.bar.com:1111
Add example code for the new built in MQTT client to run as a systemd service.
last_reset in combination with measurement is deprecated as stated in the link blew. I changed it to conform to the new state_class total_increasing for the sensors containing cumulative values to work with Home Assistant Energy dashboard. https://developers.home-assistant.io/blog/2021/08/16/state_class_total/
Edit device class from energy to reactive_power for the entities showing cumulative reactive power.
