Fix for "could not find job".

GitHub actions (or actually GitHub runners) and Ansible ANSIBLE_ASYNC_DIR (default: ~/.ansible_async) are not working together. I guess the runner does not allow writing in ~ or so.

This release changes the directory to: /tmp/.ansible_async.
