• This project creates a dashboard to display biodiversity in bacteria of the belly button

Data

• The data comes from a .json file

Visualizations

• Demographic Info Table - displays the demographic information for the chosen sample.

  

• Horizontal Bar Chart - displays top 10 bacteria present in the sample and the amount of that bacteria (hovering over the bar displays the name and amount of the bacteria).

  

• Gauge Chart - the needle indicates the frequency that the sample subject washes the belly button.

  

• Bubble Chart - displays all bacteria present in the sample, the height and size of the bubble are based on the amount of that bacteria in the sample (hovering over the bubble displays the name and amount of the bacteria).
