The 4.1.7.1 release is the final version of the simulation developed while the Boni Lab was located at the Center for Infectious Disease Dynamics (CIDD) at Penn State. In addition to new events, this version also includes a manual in PDF format which includes information on running and calibrating the model, along with information for developers.
