# RiseClipse downloads

## Validator for IEC 61850 SCL 2003 (version 1.1.0 a24 - 15 October 2021, a Java runtime - at least version 11 - is required)
This validator can use OCL and NSD files. This is « Work In Progress » because NSD support is incomplete (NOT IMPLEMENTED messages are sometimes displayed).

### Validator for a command line use

* Download and unzip [this archive](downloads/RiseClipseValidatorSCLApplication-1.1.0-a24.zip) somewhere
* It includes updated OCL files and IEC_61850-7-x 2007b and IEC_61850-8-1_2003 NSD files
* Launch the jar (use the BAT file on Windows)
* Add one or more SCL files using the button in the "SCL Files" tab
* Optionally uncheck some OCL constraints in the "OCL Files" tab
* Start the validation using the Validate button in the "SCL Files" tab
* A new Window will appeared with one general tab and one for each SCL file
