Project tomlの修正 Juliaのバージョンをあげた。
test_simplices.jlの @testset "distance" の誤差評価を緩めた。
test_operators.jlの "★d★d" == [dual_★s[3], dual_ds[2],★s[2],ds[1]] の誤差を厳密なものから、isapproxで比較に変更。1e-14で誤差を検証する。
