Faster Save Game and Easier Text Speedup
Found an inconsistency between the code and the commits given for reference, starting from line 1269. The editing was paused until I discover why it's different.
Change two parameters regarding SLOW and MID text.
Reduce "TextSpeedFrameDelay" for SLOW and MID
Replaced MONO with STEREO in void SetDefaultOptions.
I faced some issues with identation, so we'll have to see if it compiles.
Apparently, they don't use "DECAP_ENABLED" anymore. Let's see if it compiles now
and renamed the MPS types for better clarity
