Another step towards final

This pre-release includes refactoring of several functions, variables, and finally some long due documentation.
Changes are breaking the HLT script so you will need to update it, but this release also adds a "version" to the BLE message so that from now on the script in HTL is able to manage various versions of messages (one byte was reserved so 256 versions, which is expected to be plenty)
