This version is only for Kubernetes cluster versions 1.20 and lower. If you have a cluster version 1.20 or lower, you will want to use the v1.20 tag. If your cluster is higher, you will want to use the main branch or a higher release if it exists.

The syntax for the ingress object has changed and the older format is deprecated after 1.22. We have introduced the deprecations earlier for our customers in 1.21 so that existing versions that are deployed will not break while requiring new deployment versions to upgrade before the deprecation breaks in 1.22.
