Mostly just re-organizing view functions as those that require and don't require login.
Sort views alphabetically, and minor PEP8 cleanups.
Use sqlite3 engine for tests.
This is done synchronously in the add_blog view and needs to be fixed.

@karthik-mallavarapu and I worked on this during the HackNight last Monday (3/23). This would need a little more UI work and some work on the deployment front, but sending a PR for further comments.
