The pin was twenty minor versions behind, so CI tested against a release far from what the caret range installs for users. It also matters for one line of the resolver. `parseErrorSchema` reads `err.params.unevaluatedProperty` to decide that an error is an unknown key. Before 1.22.1 a schema with `unevaluatedProperties: false` reported that failure as `keyword: 'not'` with empty params, on the member's own path rather than the object holding it, so that branch never fired. From 1.22.1 it reports `keyword: 'unevaluatedProperties'` with `params.unevaluatedProperty` on the parent, which is the shape the resolver was written against. 1.23.0 adds enforced strict-mode schema checks and performance work on top. The four snapshots in ata-validator/src/__tests__/__snapshots__ reproduce unchanged, including the password entry that carries both minLength and pattern.

peerDependenciesat the wider^1.2.0if that matches house preference; the devDependency bump is the part that changes what CI exercises.
