Why big brain your way through Skyrim's alchemy system when you can have a computer do it in seconds?
Plug in what ingredients you have in your inventory and all possible potion effects will be displayed. Once you find an effect you want to create, select the effect to see the different ingredient combinations you can use from your inventory to craft it.

Intended to inform the player of all possible potions, given an otherwise difficult hand to play. When provided with ingredients, all possible combinations of those ingredients are tested. "Failed" potions with no effect and duplicate potions are thrown out.
