Implement ams mira220 sensor support for libcamera.
Tuning done both for mono and color variants.
Merge request for sensor driver ongoing.

driver has been merged in the raspberry linux kernel.
raspberrypi/linux#6717

@fiepfiep to add support directly to libcamera mainline - the mira220 needs to be posted upstream to the linux-media subsystem for integration in the linux kernel.

Has that task been started or is it planned? Without that I can't merge to libcamera - but Raspberry Pi might be able to track it in their fork if they want.

Like with #259, we would prefer if this work landed upstream and then we will merge back to this downstream repo. @fiepfiep I've not checked, but has a patch for the mira220 kernel driver been posted upstream yet? If so, there should be minimal effort required to post this series to the libcamera-dev mailing list for merging.
