I updated the Ruby and Rails version numbers in the installation guides to use the latest stable releases for next week’s Rails Girls Sapporo 2nd.
Since the Japanese guide uses the Ruby+Devkit 64-bit version in the Windows installation instructions, I also updated the English guide accordingly.
Please review and confirm if these changes look good.

来週のRails Girls Sapporo 2ndで最新安定版を使用するために、インストールガイドのRubyとRailsのバージョンの記載を更新しました。
また、日本語版ガイドでは、Windowsのインストール手順で Devkit 付きの 64bit 版 Ruby を使用していたため、英語版のガイドもそれに合わせて修正しました。
この対応内容で問題ないか、ご確認をお願いいたします。
