Add input data properties to Usage Recommendations

Problem Description

There are probably a number of properties of the input data that would be useful to include in the Usage Recommendations. For instance, this PR comment from @rbavery suggests including radiometric range, and a case could be made that reporting GSD would be useful in determining whether a model could be applied to a new input data source.

Proposal

This issue is intended to open a discussion on which input data properties would be useful to include in the Usage Recommendations. Once there is consensus on the properties to include, we will open a PR to iterate on how those properties should be represented in the spec.

Proposed Properties:

• radiometric range / bands
• ground sample distance
