Problem Description

The original Google Doc outlines a "Usage Recommendations" section. The goal of this section is to give the model publisher(s) a way of describing conditions under which they believe the model will perform well. These conditions may be different from those described in the "Model Training" section, which only describes the conditions under which the model was trained.

For instance, a model may have been trained on input data from a particular geographic area and time period. However, based on prior experience, intuition, familiarity with available training data and/or informal experimentation, the model publishers may have a sense that it would also show similar performance when used on data from certain other geographic areas or time periods.

Proposal

The official proposal for this section will be included in a PR based on the fields outlined in the Google Doc.
