Creating a new empty table

• Add an empty row to the end of an existing table
• Select the empty row
• Split it to create a new empty table

Importing values to a new empty table

• Press Import button
• A popup will appear
• Paste the comma-separated table text in the box on the left and click Parse
• At this point you will have the option to either Import or Cancel

Appending values to a preexisting table

This option comes in handy if there are multiple rows of values to add at the end of a table

• Press Import button
• A popup will appear
• Paste the rows to append in a new line after the preexisting table text, as comma-separated table text in the box on the left and click Parse
• At this point you will have the option to either Import or Cancel

Naming convention for 'split tables'​

tablename_brainspellA, tablename_brainspellB, tablename_brainspellC etc

Example: Table S3 when split into 3 should be named as follows: Table S3_brainspellA, Table S3_brainspellB, Table S3_brainspellC
