Using latest versions of 3rd party dependencies

This is a minor update that basically just upgrades all the 3rd party dependencies to their latest versions. And in general the code has been cleaned up and improved in some places. A small new feature is that avatars now display their name above their head.

More network syncing

There's now a couple of more script that can be used to easily sync VRTK interaction state among Photon clients.

First binary release

Nothing much to see yet but at least it shows shows the most basic VRTK interactions like grabbing objects and snapping them to drop zones in a multi-user environment. It even includes voice chat.
