Summary

This PR updates the names of Keycloak realm JSON files from the quarkus-test-suite.
While investigating a Keycloak timed-out error in our win-22 Jenkins job, it was identified that the naming convention for realms had changed with Keycloak 26. This update is necessary to align our test configurations and prevent test errors.

Oh, I looked at the title of your PR and I overlooked your renaming of the realm files.
When I worked yesterday on this PR your changes had not been merged yet.
Ok no problem, I'll cancel this PR in favor of yours (#2264),
thank you!
