        rld chrome

    Can also reload just the linked CSS

        rld chrome-css
    
    To install with NPM (Node Packaged Modules)
    
        npm install -g rld
    
    Or from source
        
        git clone https://github.com/quackingduck/rld.git
        cd rld
        make install
