QPython 3S (v2.2.0)

We decided to rename QPython and QPython3. Now, both old QPython and QPython3 will be given a new name, such as
QPython

QPython 3S is inherited from the old QPython3, where 3 means that the default is the Python3 kernel, and S means it contains some sensitive permissions.

We will accelerate QPython development in the future.
