Adds the Resonate SDK dependency and stands up resonate + resonate-db services in docker-compose. No backend integration code yet, so this is purely infra setup.

• resonate is missing restart: unless-stopped, unlike every other service in the file (backend-db, frontend, redis, clamav). Without it, the service won't come back automatically after a crash or Docker restart.
• resonate-db mounts its volume at /var/lib/postgresql while backend-db mounts at /var/lib/postgresql/data. Worth confirming this is intentional, since it diverges from the existing pattern.
