Rationale
Enhance processing fees using raw_reserve()
The original version of the contract seems to leak small amount of value each transaction. This probably happens because tvm's fee computation is not accurate or send message itself takes some value or other inobvious costs.
raw_reserve allows to better control the contract balance.
