Stan stores all variables in fortran order, but the stan inteface in nutpie was incorrectly assuming c order. In models with multidimensional variables this lead to shuffeled values in the traces.

Is this ready to go? I've been testing it for the past week with no issues. |

Yes, I planned to get some other small changes into this release, but I guess that can wait, especially with the bugfix in here... |
