One comment: Capitalizing "PyGreece Community" everywhere seems a bit confusing. I think it'd be better the just use "the PyGreece community" and leave it as "PyGreece Community" in the official statement of the bylaws. Thoughts? |

My merging of the other PR created a couple of conflicts here. I've resolved them so that it's easier to continue working on this. |

Important Note
The bylaws & structure doc is slightly changed and is more aligned to the AMKE format. We don't have anymore
individual rolesfor managing members. That said it would be better to take a careful look.
