this is taken from an experiment to move frontend to a separate react app! it's not available in this PR since I stopped working on it given the ctfd limitations. Since I learned we can patch ctfd, I will look into it and see if we can properly patch auth endpoints to make the SPA architecture viable |

Important
This PR is a mess. It contains the working copy of my progress towards improving pwn.college ui. It has unrelated changes for workspace and random changes across different files. This is heavily under development and most probably will not be merged as 1 PR.
The redesign theme is everforest. Eventually user will be able to select their theme in realtime from a list of top developer color schemes
