i32/i64.rotl clobbered a computed rotate operand (neg scratch reused dst=alloc_temp which aliased n). Fix: neg(k,k);rorv(dst,n,k). Verified red→green (pre-fix 175/182, fixed 182/182 vs wasmtime).
