Seems we didn't realize that we don't have a favicon on the docs website.
So in this PR I add this as well as quite a few other styling and icons for various user agents.
The methodology and choices of which agents to support has been borrowed directly from the package frontend website and code.
So there's nothing really new here except now adding it to this page.
