#Histórico de PREP 2012
La idea de este repo es poder dar información histórica de los resultados del Programa de Resultados Electorales Preeliminares del IFE para las elecciones federales de 2012 en México.
El API es consumible desde http://prep.pati.to
##crawler.rb Es un script que parsea el XML que provee el IFE para su app, y mete los datos a una base de datos MongoDB
###Requerimientos Sólo he probado este script bajo el siguiente entorno:
- Ruby >= 1.9.2
- Nokogiri >= 1.5.2
- Mongo >= 1.5.2
