Fix typo in persistent installation

Fixes the value for boolean to be string in yaml

The copy/paste of the yaml in the persistent installtion doesn't work because the DYNAMIC_CONFIG_ENABLED: true should be DYNAMIC_CONFIG_ENABLED: 'true'
