Includes new

  • run script /inst/RunScripts/Run_MQTwoGroup_WebGestaltR.R,
  • vignette /vignettes/WebGestaltR_Grp2Analysis.Rmd,
  • dataset inst/samples/proteinGroups/proteinGroupsYeast.txt

and an updated bibliography. Runs on three exemplary datasets in the SRMService package.

Now includes a WebGestaltWrappR script in the /R folder. Clustering method now adjustable.
