Initial Release

Ditto is a bot for Discord and IRC that can join the two chats by posting messages from one into the other. Please see the Readme for basic usage instructions.

Included are two sets of binaries, one for .Net Core (run dotnet Ditto.dll) and the other for Debian Stretch (run ./Ditto). If there's enough interest, more can be created.
