go-rod ships no arm64-linux chrome to download, so the embedded scanners must use the installed browser. Gate UseInstalledChrome/UseChrome on launcher.LookPath so amd64 hosts without a browser still auto-download, and log which browser resolves at startup.
Merge release-binary + ghcr-push into release.yaml so binaries and the container image publish in parallel on tag push. Drop release-test (build-test covers compilation) and add a multi-arch image build (no push) to build-test so PRs confirm the image builds. Remove the disabled codeql .old workflow.
