Stacked on #590.\n\nThis bounded PoC exposes each valid terminal outcome's existing Visor claim ID and payload fingerprint through the replayable expansion-coverage projection. It shape-validates a fixed governed Probe-style invocation/result tuple in the existing fixture, keeps host-only or invalid states unclaimed, and includes only payload identity (not claim provenance) in semantic digest v2.\n\nValidation:\n- focused EXP-0147/0153 engine suite: 10/10 pass\n- typecheck: only the four pinned baseline diagnostics at src/mcp-server.ts:931/947; zero candidate delta\n- exact 3 paths; 17 product and 113 test/fixture two-sided nonblank changed lines\n- no model, network, Probe, Proof, provider-protocol, admission, retry, or persistence work
