Adds the managed-run ownership vertical for generated graph work: immutable bindings and lifecycle facts, controller-owned deadlines/cancel/cleanup, deterministic replay projections, terminal routing/telemetry ordering, and focused contract coverage.
Validation:
This remains a focused PoC stack; it does not claim the broader autonomous governance goal is complete.
