Increases the size allocated for institutional logo on site and book homepage. Fix for pressbooks/pressbooks-aldine#201. Will be accompanied by PRs to pressbooks-book and pressbooks-aldine after new release of Aetna.
@cmurtagh this is one of the other issues we discussed my taking on in a recent checkin.
