Adds a first page for the workshop, which will be extended many many times till the actual workshop. The important part now is to have the file structure to extend and a URL to refer to.
One of the first next steps would be to add some contact details. I do not currently link to the specific group, but to TUDeft in general.
@Crazy-Rich-Meghan what would be the right way to refer to your group (name and URL)?(solved)Advertising material etc will follow later.
