This PR is meant as a temporary measure before infrastructure changes allow for proper difficulty calculation for the Traceable mod in Lazer. The changes are listed below:
Added a base bonus: https://www.desmos.com/calculator/zeioisvo7v
Added slider based nerfs to AR7+ TC due to high visibility
Increase slider based nerfs at all ARs
Replaced AR bonus for Speed with the base bonus to aim
