It is possible to select which attributes are included via the --attributes command line parameter.

However, the computed attribute offset was incorrect for custom attributes, if any attributes had been filtered. This effectively led to the custom attribute appearing empty.

The correct target offset was already computed, but not used. This PR fixes that.

Now, custom attributes can be used with the `--attributes` switch.
